Delivery Time
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form. After placing your order, you will see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail and in the order summary in Your Account.
Standard Shipping
Orders placed with Standard Shipping by 12:00 pm (noon) ET will ship by the next business day (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), pending credit card authorization and verification. It will typically arrive within 4 to 7 business days after the ship date.
Express Shipping
Orders placed with Express Shipping by 12:00 pm (noon) ET will ship by the next business day (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), pending credit card authorization and verification. Express orders usually arrive the following business day after the ship date.Express shipping to Rural Routes and remote locations usually arrives within 3 to 4 business days after the ship date. Express Shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and P.O. Box addresses.

Shipping cost for orders from Rehabilitystores.com depends upon the menthod and option you choose. Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of your products is given on the order confirmation page, and the cost of shipping will reflect the weight of your entire order.
Refunds & Returns
All products returned for a refund must be in new condition (packages unopened) within 30 days of purchase. Please note why the product is being returned and retain proof of return until refund (does not include freight charge) has been processed on your account.
